Application & Admission Process
Thank you for your interest in applying to Calvary Academy! By choosing Calvary Academy, you are choosing a community of believers who are dedicated to providing a quality education for your child, both academically and spiritually.

The Admission Process:

Submit a completed application for admission, copies of required records and the non-refundable registration fee to the school office.

The school office will contact you to schedule a family interview with the Administrative Team. A testing date for the student applicant will also be scheduled. The testing fee must be paid by the day of testing.

The family will be interviewed by the Administrative Team.

The Administrative Team will make a decision as to the acceptance of the family and student based on the admissions procedures listed in this application. The family will be notified of the decision.

Following notification of acceptance the following will need to be submitted:

The non-refundable book fee (must be submitted within seven calendar days)

A release of records forms must be signed.. (This will be sent to the student’s former school).

Medical documentation. This includes a physical exam, immunization records, dental and vision exam.

A copy of the birth certificate.

Age /Testing/Documentation Requirements:
Kindergarten:
Students must be 5 years old by September 1st of the current school year.
Students entering kindergarten must take a readiness assessment test as part of the application process.
Grades 1-6:
Documentation must be provided of successful completion of the previous grade. This includes:

A copy of the most recent report card/transcript from the previous school.

A copy of the most recent test scores from the previous school.
Testing is required for all students seeking admission to 1st-6th grade. Testing will be administered by Calvary personnel.
